Below, you will find our privacy policy regarding any personal information you may supply to an EmpaSys™ payment agent ("Agent") for the purpose of paying your creditors or transferring money. Our goal is to protect the information you provide.
EmpaSys™ is a service provided by Vista Bank to allow you to pay your bills, purchase prepaid airtime, load your prepaid debit cards, or transfer funds internationally at any one of our EmpaSys™ payment locations. Paying your bills, purchasing prepaid airtime minutes, loading your cards, or transferring money at any of our nationwide payment locations requires you to provide personal information in order to establish a record of your payments or transfers within the EmpaSys™ software. The payment locations are operated on behalf of Vista Bank and Transaction Management, LLC. ("Providers").

Keeping your information secure is one of our most important responsibilities. We value your trust and handle your information with care. In the process of doing business we collect and process your information for delivery to only the specified parties listed in the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions document to setup your EmpaSys™ account. We safeguard all information according to established security standards and procedures as published in the . We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.
KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION ACCURATE
Keeping your account information accurate is very important. If you ever find that your account information is incorrect or not current, please notify your closest EmpaSys™ payment center or contact EmpaSys™ customer service at the telephone numbers listed.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED:
Name, address, telephone number and payment information
The Payment Agent ("Merchant") requires your name, address, telephone number, payment information and various other items of identification to identify you in the process of setting up your account in the EmpaSys™ system. The billers or providers may also use this to contact you to obtain missing information or notify you regarding your bill payment, card load, or money transfer.

Except as described above, EmpaSys™ will not share this information with any other party.
